My laundry pro Beverly was amazing. She honors requests with regard to folding and hanging clothes. She's thoughtful enough to place unmatched socks in a baggie and mates all other socks. She is open with communication and if she has a question with regard how to wash something, she does reach out! It's the little things that count! And the delivery is always on time! She's great!!!

Was excited to try service. Had packed my laundry for me to go wash then downloaded the app. I had 1 large black trash bag full no blankets. I asked a friend who works with them if i needed to list my jacket/coat as a blanket because of size. She said no. So excited my laundry is left on the porch. My person was Hector S. I checked app to see what total is ect at one point the weight was like 40+pounds but when i got billed and laundry back I figured it must be right since it was now 38pounds. Wasnt home when Hector deliver but i did tip him $10 right away. When i got home i put laundry in house 4 small bags... about 30min later i was wondering how he got that big jacket in one of them bags.... needless to say my jacket is missing and i tipped to have him either steal or misplace my jacket.
