AI generatedReviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the laundry service is incredibly convenient, helping busy parents, seniors, and working individuals save a substantial amount of valuable time every single week. People truly love how professionally their garments are washed, folded impeccably with great attention to detail, and returned looking like a retail display. Though some customers experienced issues, noting missing belongings or clothes returned damaged, discolored, and carrying unpleasant odors. A few reviewers also highlighted frustrating delivery delays, extended hold times for items, and feeling deeply dissatisfied with the overall handling of their possessions.

My laundry professional
My laundry professional, Bridgette, is like a FRIEND. I'm a senior, and having someone like her tending to this chore, is truly a blessing. The male customers would agree that receiving your thoroughly clean things professionally FOLDED can't be over-appreciated. Thank you, Bridgette!
It makes my life so easy
It makes my life so easy! I don’t have a in unit washer/dryer and use to spend hours going other places just for laundry. I feel accomplished and efficient sending it with Poplin. Every LaundryPro I’ve used has been great but finding regulars and knowing how well they will take care of your stuff is super comforting. #PoplinChangedMyLife Kristina Paige
This is the BEST thing I could have…
This is the BEST thing I could have done to simplify our household needs. Would recommend Poplin to anyone needing laundry help.
Very happy and grateful for Poplin…
Very happy and grateful for Poplin Laundry Service. It saves me a ton of time at reasonable price. My Laundry pro picks up and delivers on a timely basis and my laundry is always fresh and folded nicely. Only complaint is I wish they would use sturdier bags.
Joining Poplin Was A Smart Decision
I joined Poplin because my wife, who is 75, and I, who is 78, found ourselves struggling to do simple loads of washing. We own our own washer and dryer, yet laundry would pile up. I placed my first order with Poplin about six months ago. We were fortunate to find Whitney as our laundry pro. Poplin consistently provides us with outstanding service. Our washing is folded neatly and wrapped securely. Everything always smells fresh and clean. Delivery times are quick and precise. I would recommend Poplin to everyone.
