Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the laundry service is incredibly convenient, helping busy parents, seniors, and working individuals save a substantial amount of valuable time every single week. People truly love how professionally their garments are washed, folded impeccably with great attention to detail, and returned looking like a retail display. Though some customers experienced issues, noting missing belongings or clothes returned damaged, discolored, and carrying unpleasant odors. A few reviewers also highlighted frustrating delivery delays, extended hold times for items, and feeling deeply dissatisfied with the overall handling of their possessions.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I love the girl that does my laundry! She is organized and she folds everything so neatly even my kids clothes with how tiny they are ;) this is the best service I’ve ever used and it saves me from going to the laundromat and sweating my butt off and having to bring my kids with me !! Wouldn’t trade this service for the world and it’s affordable ! The money you would spend at the laundromat you can spend the same amount or less and not even leave your house !!
As a full-time graduate student while also working full time, finding extra hours in the week feels impossible. Poplin has honestly been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. Instead of spending my limited free time doing laundry, I can focus on studying, completing assignments, or simply taking a much-needed break. Every order has been returned clean, fresh, neatly folded, and handled with care. The convenience, reliability, and quality of service have exceeded my expectations. Poplin hasn’t just saved me time—it has helped me reduce stress and create a better balance between work, school, and life. I highly recommend it to anyone with a busy schedule. #PoplinChangedMyLife #PoplinSweepstakes Taye McQueen
Everything was great. Out one day - back the next. Couldn’t be easier!!!
Wow! Easy and convenient. My washer broke and I needed laundry done asap but didnt have the time to run to the laundromat myself. Poplin makes everything about laundry stress-free! So happy I tried it out!
Horrible. They had my laundry for three days instead of the one I was quoted. Wouldn’t respond to my messages and they charged me.
Poplin is such a convenient service. It’s so nice to have something taken off my plate. Everything is beautifully folded and packed up and that only leaves one step for me. With two under 4 I feel like laundry is never ending so I’m very happy I found poplin.
No surprises, just getting professional help when needed and as expected.
Since I've been laid up for over a month, my laundry baskets were really full. I noticed a few weeks back that my medicare provider had a promo code for a laundry service. It was $30 off your first order at Poplin Laundry Service. I decided to give it a try. Barbara was GREAT!!!!! She did 5 loads of laundry for me, used my detergent and dryer sheets, folded all of my items, AND carried all of it up and down the stairs for me! If you're in need of some help with your laundry, I highly recommend her and Poplin! #PoplinChangedMyLife Jennifer Bluhm
Great! Fast service. Friendly.
Used it several times and it’s always great. Laundry comes back clean and folded. Saves me a lot of time.
Always clean and fresh laundry delivered to my door with about a 24-48 hour turnaround time. #PoplinChangedMyLife Jace Klein
I have used Poplin for over five years and have never been disappointed. My pickup and drop off times have always been met and I have always been able to get the same laundry pro, so she knows how I like my clothes done. Poplin is a wonderful service for someone like me who has a disability that makes it difficult to do laundry myself. And you can’t beat the price.
Don't believe anything with 4 stars, Lashaun who handled my wash was some random person. My items were washed and folded as usual. However, I got my whites back yellow and dingy, burned and torn dresses and skirts. My order was 60 dollars with insurance. I reported the incident through email and the prompts on the site approved 1 damaged item would never work. It would not allow multiple items to add. I asked for help and was just told to keep filling out the order form. This was a horrible experience, I warn everyone if you want people to ruin your clothes with no responsibility this is the platform. I will never use the Poplin service again. And "Lashaun" if thats a real person's name should held accountable as well.
The woman who picked up, washed so clean, folded perfectly and delivered my laundry was so wonderful. She asked my preference of detergent, she was so kind and professional. She had like two weeks of clothing for my two toddlers and I plus towels, bedding and blankets. She managed to get it all done in one day! I usually am wary about how the clothes are folded due to fold lines in the clothes but she did them so perfectly there wasn’t any creases. My experience with Poplin has been amazing. I love how all I have to do is put my dirty laundry in a basket and put my fresh laundry away. I feel like I’m being pampered!
Poplin is an amazing service. I have never had a bad experience with them. I use them to help a disabled friend who doesn’t have easy access to a washer and it has been a huge help!
My dryer went down in the house as soon as I needed to do a load of laundry. I found poplin as a wonderful solution to my immediate problems as well as alleviated some of the extra tedium associated with folding and stowing. I set up a profile in moments and had the order in immediately. Almost as if little elves came to take my bag of dirty laundry and return a clean and folded set. Pricing was extremely favorable especially with the pickup and drop off delivery services.
My Poplin professional Hilda did such a great job. Timely pick up delivery, fresh smelling and professionally folded clothes. I have trusted her several times with my laundry and I'll never go back to doing my wash myself again. Poplin makes laundry painless.
I experience was great. I left it at the door picked it up from the door my person followed all instructions to the T. Very easy and convenient.
Monica was professional kept me updated every step of the way. From pick up, Cleaning and drop off time. They made sure that I will be home for the drop off and that helped my mind at ease.
