What reviewers say

AI generated

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the wide variety of authentic collectibles available, noting how remarkably easy and engaging the bidding process is on the platform. People consistently mention that orders arrive promptly and safely, with purchased products arriving exactly as described online and securely packed for transit. Some reviewers were not truly happy with high auction fees and expensive shipping costs that significantly increased their total spending. A few other people also felt that certain mystery box purchases and delivered items simply did not meet their initial expectations or match listed descriptions.

The Best of the Best!

Consistently one of the best auction houses in the market! The vast amount of items and the uniqueness of everything really sets them apart from the rest. Everything is well organized and straightforward and easy to use and understand not to mention the excellent the customer service!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT BUY FROM PRISTINE AUCTION

Very shady business practices, a terrible customer service experience, and an auction system that does not work properly. I placed a bid of $3,500 on an item and was winning until the auction ended, but somehow I did not win even though the item sold for the exact amount I bid, $3,500. I don’t understand how that is even possible. In order for someone to lose an auction, another bidder would need to outbid them. That did not happen, yet I still lost. The system does not even allow you to place a bid below the minimum required amount, let alone place the exact same bid as someone else. That makes this whole situation very suspicious, because there is no reason I should not have won. It genuinely makes no sense. Their automated bidding system works on other auctions, so there is no explanation for how I could have lost that auction. The overall auction process is honestly terrible and, once again, feels very suspicious. It feels like you are bidding against the house or the seller, especially because the system allows auctions to go on for hours past their scheduled end time. Every time someone bids within the final 10 minutes, the auction gets extended another 10 minutes, and the cycle continues. I will give them the benefit of the doubt here, because even though it feels that way, it does not mean that is what is happening, but that doesn’t mean the system isn’t broken and stupid. On top of that, a lot of the soccer jerseys they sell are just obviously fake. Sure, the autographs are probably real, but they should at the very least disclose to buyers that the jersey itself is not official merchandise. Of course, they do not. Instead they title them as “Authentic Jersey”, if they were an “expert” or just not completely incompetent they would know they are fake. Their customer support was also completely useless. The support chat does not work, and you cannot reach anyone unless you call multiple times. When I finally spoke to someone, they were very rude, talked over me, and would not even let me explain the issue. Genuinely the worst auction house I have dealt with, bar none. I almost never write bad reviews, let alone reviews, but I had to take some time out of my day to share how bad of an experience I had, to hopefully help save someone else. I probably don’t have to say it, but I strongly would not recommend Pristine Auction.

Hello Sam, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify how the auction concluded. You and another bidder placed the exact same maximum bid; however, because the other bidder placed theirs first, they were awarded the item. Our system automatically sends an outbid notification in these scenarios to let you know a higher or earlier bid is required to win. We can assure you that you were bidding against a legitimate buyer, not the house or the seller, which our team also outlined during your phone call. Regarding our inventory, we offer both authentic and custom jerseys. Custom jerseys—often called 'on-field style'—are a highly popular, budget-friendly staple in the memorabilia industry. They are designed specifically for autographs, framing, and collectible displays rather than everyday wear. We appreciate your business and hope this helps clarify our processes.
