Not so happy
I worked with customer service to find an old order, she only found one but she modified it the what I needed and said art would fix it. We confirmed the order I wanted then confirmation email was the wrong design. I needed to make a delivery so I just accepted it. Very poor customer service since the change from custom.

Customer service was outstanding!
Customer service was outstanding. They worked with me to get my order corrected and on time to meet my ship date. The transfers were easy to apply and looked great.
Satisfied with my transfers
I had no ideal how to change my picture to Gang Sheets and fix a few items that were not centered.
Transfers worked perfectly.

I bought a brand new heat press in May 2024 for my commercial printing business - it was broken in 3 weeks. They did send a new one and it has been just as bad - screws coming loose and breaking, the automatic release broke in a week or so, and now the main bolt that holds the top on has broken in half - it could have caused serious injury! It has been 16 months - 2 new machines and still not in working order - really is a bad investment!!

High quality transfers
I go to Pro World for all my iron on transfer needs. They are friendly and professional and have a quick turnaround time. Their design team is always available to offer helpful advice and to adjust any issues with my custom designs. Their products are high quality and I have never had an issue with application. I highly recommend Pro World!
Great Customer Service
While it's kind of odd that I can't see any of my previous orders, the customer service team is always very very helpful getting me through my re-orders. Product arrives quickly too.

Re orders
Customer service and the website after the change with no warning to the customer makes re orders a nightmare. Actively looking for another vendor.
