When I initially encountered the problem, I was told the site was being updated and to try again in an hour. Unfortunately, that one hour turned into a second phone call and ultimately a 24-hour delay before the issue was resolved.
During that time, I explained to customer service that this was a time-sensitive order and asked if the company would be willing to cover expedited shipping due to the delay caused by the system issue. I was told I would receive a follow-up call, but that call never came.
I’m disappointed in the lack of communication and support, especially considering the urgency I communicated.
First time using them and my product is ABSOLUTELY 5 STAR!! I am beyond pleased with my purchase of screen prints. Thank you pro world for saving me tons of money that I was paying out to have someone else do it.

I ordered a heat press with platens and covers included. It was a package deal. When it shipped it said one item was out of stock and was back ordered.
I never got it. When I asked about it I was told they canceled the order because the item was out of stock! I had to ask for a refund 3x before I got a refund. Beware.
I was a huge fan and loved them for all my supplies and how fast they shipped things to me. I’m going to give them the befit for now that they are changing their website but right now I am not happy with the fact I can’t get the htv I’ve been using for years and love and I also ordered custom transfers and when I log in it shows I have no orders or artwork saved but my credit card was charged. So not impressed with the new changes so far.
When this company runs a sell, it is really good, because I would have thought twice about purchasing the item at full price. Shipping is great. I love the idea of receiving rewards and I wish the rewards were more.
