Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality and sturdy build of the products, which fit perfectly and look fantastic as centerpieces in outdoor spaces. Consumers also highlight the helpful and efficient customer service team, noting that support goes above and beyond to quickly resolve any inquiries or issues. However, some reviewers were not happy with split deliveries, mentioning that larger orders frequently arrived in multiple parts across different days. A few other people also felt that items occasionally arrived with minor damages or missing hardware, requiring extra attention during the setup process.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Excellent product looks & feels well built. Looks really good. If there is a negative it’s that a little too heavy for my wife to operate and swivel.
Thank you for your excellent review!
Thank you for your excellent review!
Fast delivery, good packaging, parts well laid out in box and easy to follow instructions. Box a bit damaged by courier. Works as expected and looks good quality construction and materials. Didn't expect a cover to be included, would have been better though if it had been the same colour as the umbrella.
Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We appreciate your valuable suggestion regarding the color of the included cover. We agree that matching the cover to the umbrella would enhance the experience, and we have passed this feedback to our product team for future consideration!
The product quality did not disappoint. The customer service and delivery was prompt, efficient and professional. Price is not average, but if you believe “you get what you pay for” then it’s ok. I would use this company again.
