Wow, That is what I call "Spot-on" customer service.
Wow! Just for the record, I get totally wigged out not knowing if I have a BB30 or a press-fit, or similarly, whether my chainring is 110 vs 130 bcd; but I knew I wanted a Quarqs Power Meter-for sure. Fortunately, as I was searching (mindlessly online trying to figure out what I need for my Canyon Endurance) on their website, a Quarqs representative reached out to me to ask about my bike set-up. He had me take and forward pictures of my chainring and bottom bracket so he could determine the best system for my bike. In a day, he came back with a recommendation. I must say, considering the multitude a bike's specs, he relieved me from a "heck of a lot" of stress. I call that "Spot on" service.
Items arrived and look good. I Will install them once the weather improves in New England.
On a side note, customer support is excellent. They will patiently answer your questions so can be assured of buying the right parts.
Excellent on-phone advice regarding power meter and bike frame/ group set compatibility.
Quick delivery to Canada. Awaiting installation on the bike so unable to comment as yet on use of the SRAM Force AXS Spider mount power meter.
Great service, shipping and product. Everything arrived in a very reasonable timeframe and I was able to install and be up and running in about 30 minutes.
The Site has informed you 2x that the purchase has not been completed and that payment has not been authorized. In my card appeared the 2 charges !!! I need to call the card and request cancellation in Quarq did not reply any emails

Sorry for the issues you had while trying to place an order in our webstore. The transaction was declined and your card was not charged. If your bank is holding the funds as a pending transaction, you will need to reach out to them for more information on when that will be removed. I have PowerTap V1 pedals that we over 3 years old. They have stopped working. I reached out online and the service was incredible. Fast response, quick suggestion on how to fix the problem and couriered the parts.
Great customer service.
Benchmark in customer service. Had an issue with a powermeter, couple of calls and emails later, all within 24 hours of first contact, I have instructions to send my faulty out-of-warranty device to have it replaced. A week after shipping it out I receive a replacement device. And I live outside the US.
Wow. Just wow. I am yours truly, dear Quarq, for the rest of my days.
