Our rack came without the keys to…

Our rack came without the keys to unlock it. The plastic bag for keys attached to rack was empty. We called and the first person we talked to said he’d call back but didn’t. We called again and we’re given information regarding where we could go to get a master lock. I’m still working on solving the problem.

Molly, it looks like we were first made aware of this 4 hours ago. Sometimes, the keys fall out during transit, and while we can and do quickly resolve issues like this, we ask for just a little bit of time to complete it. As per our communication, this is in process and being resolved.

Let me start with the good things about…

Let me start with the good things about this company, they responded quickly to my emails, customer support is good! I was shopping for the EcoFlow glacier and found this company on google, never heard of it before, the price was good but very close to Amazon prices, then I received an email asking me to sign up for an extra discount, I gave them my email address and all I got was a link to the website where they were supposedly offering a discount on n EcoFlow, I felt that it was misleading because if they asked me to sign up for a discount, they should have given me the 11% they were apparently offering. I received an email from Zac and after explaining my issue and telling him how their email subscription doesn’t really offer a discount for signing up,(he offered me $20.00 off) and that I didn’t trust them more than Amazon, told me to stay with Amazon, which I did.

Hi Victor, in looking back at correspondence, the discount you were offered for signing up was accurate. The pop up ad stated “up to 11%.” Due to high freight and warehouse costs on certain products, we are not able to offer the same discounts across all products, which is why it states, “up to.” With our quick human responses and thousands of 5 star reviews across various online channels, we hope there wouldn’t be any trust issues. However, we would never ask our customers to do anything that they’re not comfortable with. If we can be at all helpful to you down the road, we will be here, ready and happy to help!

Dometic RV Refrigerator

I purchased a Dometic RV refrigerator from RackUp+Go, and was initially disappointed...not with Zac, but with the shipping company who damaged the unit. It was a weekend when I attempted to reach RackUp+Go with the issue, but Zac responded right away. I provided him the necessary photos of the damage to the refrigerator and packaging, and he quickly initiated replacement. Nothing but good things to say about the price, and the customer service!

We have already replied to your previous review. Unfortunately, RackUp+Go has received an influx of fraud behavior within the past few weeks. This is another one of these scenarios, and while we understand that it makes these people angry when they get caught trying to defraud a small business, we maintain the right to protect ourselves, and we will not apologize for it.

refrigerator/freezer chest…

I ordered a refrigerator/freezer chest that came quickly and well packaged. I am so impressed! I plugged the unit in to my inverter in my work van and on the hottest day of the year, without the van running, it held my preset temperatures and my van started right up (diesel) after over 18 hours of inverter operation! Great job and great prices!! Thank you!
