Seemed too good to be true

Seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't! Purchased top of the line warn winch for 20%less than next best pricing I could find. Was listed as open box, but other than little extra tape on packaging, it looked new. Arrived in quoted time, in working order and complete with accessories. Customer service even offered an extra two weeks on exchange warranty since it's a Christmas gift. Good people, good site

Great Customer Service

I took advantage of the Black Friday pricing on EcoFlow not realizing I had placed the wrong order. Zac was super helpful on getting things straightened out and the order shipped in a timely fashion. Looking forward to getting the system installed and tried out in the near future.

Great price and turnaround - poor shipping

The price and turnaround time was great, but my purchase was a gift and it showed up with the mailing label on the outside of the product package and the box pretty beat up.
