Andy was wonderful! He was so helpful, polite and stayed in contact through the whole process. They were able to get my car payment $150 less than what I was paying and in this economy $150 is a big chunk to be able to use towards something else. I highly recommend using Rategenius!

Misleading loan terms and upsells
The online application process was simple and straightforward, and I was contacted quickly to review my information. I was told to expect a call from a loan application specialist, and Jordan M. reached out soon after. We went over my goals and the loan terms I was looking for, and everything seemed aligned at first. A few hours later, Jordan called back with an offer that was nowhere near what we had discussed. Not only was the rate higher than expected, but he also tried to bundle in GAP and vehicle protection products directly into the loan. At that point, it was clear this company wasn’t the right fit for me, and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Hard pass at this worthless company.
Performed not one but TWO hard inquiries when I was told there would be ZERO. Used a made up credit score that I've never heard of when my credit score through all three bureaus was higher. Gave me false hope when they LIED and said I was approved in email and text and then told me they could not get me approved on the phone. Never touch this company.
