Great experience at RC Willey in Layton Ut Great salesman and installers

My husband and I recently had wood flooring put in our bedroom and in our closet purchased at the Layton Ut Store. The product is excellent, it is the Restoration Collection by Mannington. But the installers were exceptional! They worked so very hard and were so careful with our furniture and it looks fabulous. Thank you, Devin Chadbourn, Dallin Chadbourn and Mason Reed. Shop other places

Product specifications were misleading. Product is poorly constructed out of very flimsy/brittle materials. It arrived very damaged and beat up. Getting replacements was a serious challenge. I wish I could return it all. Think on it before you buy. I received a response from RC Willey, suggesting that, after having problems order and with customer service, I should contact customer service.

Best Customer Service

I have received the best customer service from RC Willey at the Summerlin store. Chris, in Appliances, is the epitome of what a salesperson should be. He is patient, knowledgeable, professional, and has all the right attributes that someone in sales should have. The only challenge is he is so good at what he does, quite often we have to wait to speak with him; however, he is worth the wait.

Quick response for the buy-back warranty offer

My Lg tv warranty I purchased expired after 5 yrs and I managed to save the paperwork. I never had to implement the warranty with any repairs. I called because RC Willey offers a buyback at 50% of the cost of the warranty after expiration and no repairs. They responded right away and sent me my coupon for an in-store gift card via email. No problem! Thanks!!

Table Lamp

I was looking for a tall table lamp approximately 28 to 30 inches tall. I had searched other businesses and didn't find what I was looking for. When I checked RC Willey I found a lamp that was 30 inches high that was perfect for my home. The price was also reasonable.

I love shopping online

I love shopping online. I love being able to “add to cart” and purchase items from home. I also love that when I do that in my account, I can select my credit line to purchase. This process is much better than being harassed in the physical store.

Customer service was very friendly and professional in the ease of ordering online for the delivery straight from the manufacturer was very simple by choosing web exclusive items.
