What people say

False advertising

Their advertising said $39 for the first month, $149 subsequent months for the prescription. They never said anything about having to pay an additional $149 monthly “body membership” in order to get your prescription. That is a hidden cost, making the prescription $300/month instead of $149/month. I think that is false advertising.

I was surprised that Ro advertised the…

I was surprised that Ro advertised the first month of glp 1 as highly discounted (both when you sign up and when you choose a prescription) to then get an invoice for the full cost of the med AND instead of being a ‘discount’ that amount was invoiced as a program registration fee. So instead of the advertised incentive to try Ro for a month via a discounted first month, you actually pay more for month one.
