I've been very disappointed
I've been very disappointed. I signed up for this 6 days ago and have had almost no communication from the company. They have by of course taking the money out of my account, but I have yet to receive the medications. I'm hoping things will go better once we actually get started on this. But for now I'm not impressed.

disappointed with the whole "membership" model. Guess I didn't read the fine print well enough. their 'evaluation' (you think you're being considered by an actual physician but it could be AI) was very quick and there was a $39 special the first month, after that it was $149. I got approved and then there were 2 charges on my card! for the meds $149 PLUS the monthly membership. after the special, the membership would ALSO be $149! ridiculous. again, it was prob buried somewhere in the fine print that you're also buying a membership. I cancelled immediately but they will only refund the $149.. apparently the $39 is not refundable b/c they spent time evaluating me. Gonna continue to fight it. watch out.

Do not use this provider. Overpriced and the product seems to be less or watered down so you have to continue using their product for a longer period of time. I used a competitor's product and lost twice the weight in half the time. I decided to discontinue my membership but wanted one last month of product. The Ro doctor approved my prescription two days before my membership expired but they would not ship me the product because they knew i was discontinuing my membership. If they truly wanted to help people they would have sent me the product. Scam!!!!! Stay away. Overpriced, underachievement.

I ordered a new RO account that was reported to be $35 initially. My credit card statement has the charge as $145. And I’m unable to find anywhere, anyone to ask about this discrepancy. I just feel that the website is very incomplete to not be able to ask questions and/or feedback.

Liked the convenience. However it seems like the price is very deceptive becausebI needed the higher dosage which ended up being more expensive. Ill probably keep it for now till I find a cheaper option.
