Even though I’m paying out-of-pocket for a medication, I can’t get the medication that had been discussed which is Wegovy. I’m being sent a different medication from a different manufacturer and because they say I have government insurance it doesn’t matter Well government insurance is not paying out-of-pocket I am and I still can’t get the medication and I just don’t understand why.

So far, the ordering process has been really easy. I completed questions honestly. The Service Provider contacted me with just a couple more questions, mostly for clarification. The Providers that have assisted me have been very prompt and professional. They made the process uncomplicated and encouraging. My prescription arrived today. I start my journey tomorrow.

Online ordering was easy, with a provider available to suggest medication and ordering to pharmacy. Fast shipping, and one week on medication I am 6.8 lbs down

I was really nervous about doing weight loss, Ro made the process easy and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend
Surprise charges
Surprise! You’ve been enrolled in some stupid membership crap for $150. Feels like a bait and switch.
Ro has deceptive marketing
Ro has deceptive marketing. They loop you in with a promised low price, then the price is actually more than they said, and it doubles if you renew your prescription. And it goes up again with increasing doses! Your membership is non refundable, so even if the medication makes you so ill that you need to stop — which is what happened to me. And access to “support” is limited, and delayed by days. I have not been able to get any advice on how to safely taper off this med. A page popped up with an alert, in red, telling me to go to the hospital. Ro is a scam. Avoid it!
Honestly
Honestly, I have dealt with a lot of different programs that I've done here and there to try to lose weight and to be honest with you. This program itself gives me the confidence to know that I have doctors and hands if I need them just in case and I get to log my weight so I know my progress and I'm not gonna lie. I've seen a lot more progress than this than just normal dieting and eating as you get older.
I feel duped.
I wish I read reviews before diving in. Yes, they have a great online experience and are super fast. But it is very misleading. They give you the impression that your first month will be $39 and then $149 a month thereafter for the low dose GLP-1 medication. I used Apple Pay and it came up as $0. Very confusing. Only after you agree to pay do you realize it's a monthly membership in addition to the medication cost. Know what you are getting into.

If approved for GLP-1 medication, you then pay a recurring membership fee of $149/month for the Body Program subscription. Medication costs are separate and will depend on if you use your personal insurance. We do also offer Prepay & Save options for both medication and the membership. I felt helpless on my weight loss journey because I was overweight and couldn’t afford to get other meds to help, and nothing else worked for me other than the injection, but I thought that I would give RO a chance. I am on a limited income and cost was a big factor. RO helped get me started on my new quest of losing weight and keeping it off. I trust RO and can’t wait to get started.
