STOP...... Don't Pay $39.00 Membership Fee
I tried their GLP - 1 earlier this year for 30 days and so no results. When I reached out on the app for questions about dosing, they were not helpful at all, so I cancelled my membership. I was about to give them a try again and bam they hit me with another $39.00 before getting started. They are the only ones doing this so please be weary and shop around as you will see other companies are not charging a fee only to review options with you. I decided to pass on RO and the $39.00 membership fee for NOTHING.

The Ro Body membership starts at $39 for your first month, and you aren't charged again unless you choose to move forward with treatment. If you continue, you can lower your membership cost by selecting a prepaid plan, with rates as low as $74/month. Medication is billed separately, with cash-pay GLP-1 options starting at $149/month, and for members using insurance, copays are often under $100/month, depending on your plan. The membership also includes ongoing access to licensed providers, prescription management, regular check-ins, secure messaging with your care team, and optional 1:1 nurse coaching throughout treatment. Impersonal Ai Powerd Care and Unethical Business Practices
Their entire system is Ai powered. You communicate with different individuals every time you check in. There is no consistency. I prepaid for my Semiglutide for a year. On top of that they charged me $145 a month for a 'Ro Body Membership'. That membership is mandatory. The Ro body membership is supposedly for support. It's Ai powered and you never get the same individual. It's very impersonal and inconsistent. It provided zero help for me. I am only 5 months into my membership and, without my knowledge or approval, they renewed my Ro body membership for another year. $888! I told them my membership started only 5 months ago and I didn't want to renew. They renewed without my approval or consent. 'Yuliana' told me I joined in July 2025 and they renewed it for that purpose. I joined March 2026! They have stolen $888 from me. In addition, my dose needed to be increased every month because it wasn't working. With each dose increase they fill the vial with a lot of fluid to compound it. I am up to an 85 unit injection! It leaves swollen welts at my injection site each time. Avoid this company/ service. They have very poor and unethical business practices. ***Please note in their response to my review: "The membership term, total amount due, and that medication costs are billed separately should have been presented for confirmation before the charge is processed." They didn't present it, renewed it 6 months too soon and now tell me the charge is non-refundable. Poor and unethical business practices.

It was a pretty easy process
It was a pretty easy process. I didn't know what I was doing but they explained everything and sent messages to keep me posted on what was happening. I've been struggling with my weight after a lot of major life events and I really couldn't get my weight under control. I haven't received my GLP 1 yet but I should have it in a few days. I'm nervous but hopeful on my weight loss journey. They also have affordable meds that fit your needs.

Please people don't get hook on this company. All they want to do is get your money. Oh yes at the beginning it's all fast and simple until you have a question. You CANNOT send a message or get a hold of someone. BEWARE!!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. I paid 3 months inadvance for the medication so I can get their "savings". Yeah right supposedly that subscription was suppose to lower my medication price from $149 to $99. Now they are telling me those $297 was fee for subscription NOT MEDICATION! WHAT A BUNCH OF HORSE 💩! AGAIN DON'T FALL FOR THESE THEIVES THEY ONKY WANT YOUR MONEY! THAT'S ALL THEY CARE ABOUT!!!!

I started my GLP plan with Ro because I read Forbes Magazine reviews of the best online companies. I am already down over 4 pounds and I feel great. I saw my cardiologist yesterday and told him that I was taking a GLP - He said great and that he was thinking of doing the same. My hunger thoughts have stopped and I feel great
