FAST, EASY, CONVENIENT, and RELEVANT. I was using Zepbound a year ago and lost 40 pounds then my insurance stopped paying. I have been seeing this ad about RO on the television and asked, why not? Yes, it costs money but compared to the less food amount I’m spending each month it’s worth it and breaks even, maybe even will save money over time as it’s a priority and lifestyle change.

The verbiage used when you sign up is kind of misleading! I signed up and paid the $39 and it stated that monthly I would have to pay is $149…you took my $39 than say well you need to pay $149 now. Of course the $39 is non refundable. As a first time customer, this was not a good experience at all

If approved for GLP-1 medication, you then pay a recurring membership fee of $149/month for the Body Program subscription. Medication costs are separate and will depend on if you use your personal insurance. We do also offer Prepay & Save options for both medication and the membership. I put off applying for a prescription because I was afraid I would have to answer questions about things that do not pertain to the subject at hand. This was not the case. Everything they ask they needed to know to determine if I was eligible. It was a piece of cake and know I am ready to start my journey. Don’t wait to apply.

Pricing not transparent
The membership vs medication cost was not very clear at the beginning. It was only after I was charged for my medication that I realized their would be an additional charge for membership. This doubles my cost which I can't afford. So now I have paid $149 for medication I will not take because I cannot afford to pay $300 every month to continue the meds. It did not feel transparent and is very disappointing.

I ordered the pill semaglutide on July 18 . They said it shipped on the 21st of July. Expected delivery date was July 28th. The date keeps changing and now it says it will be delivered on August 10th . Keep in mind they charge my cc 149. Dollars and another 39 dollars for a membership card!
