I started my podcast with almost no budget, and RSS.com made the process incredibly simple. The interface is intuitive, publishing is straightforward, and distribution to major podcast platforms is seamless. It's an excellent choice for beginners who want to launch a professional podcast without spending a lot of money. Highly recommended!

Everything changed after our trial period expired

We opted into their 6-month free trial. I liked their user interface, it was clean and easy to use ... so much so, that I was confident my business partner could assume responsibility for managing our content should I ever become unavailable. Their technical support was also excellent. But everything changed soon after our trial period expired. Our transcript feature was suddely disabled and they simply quit responding to my emails asking for an explanation. And then my dashboard alerted me that our content was flagged as not being "appropriate", so we closed our account. My business partner is an accomplished Wealth Preservation Risk Consultant who made a name for himself over the past 30 years by helping victims of market crashes repair their damaged retirement portfolios. His approach was "anti-Wall St", so I must assume this did not sit well with RSS.com. Beyond that, I still don't have a clue.
