Just placed my order so final review can't be determined, but so far so good!
Great online store -- amazing service
I found Rugs HQ on a google search. They had the best price on the rug I was looking to purchase -- 40% less than the competition! I called the customer service number to confirm the listing was accurate. It felt too good to be true, but the price and item were exactly what I was searching for. The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable and even found me a discount code that was not on the website. I am looking forward to receiving my purchase.
Awesome! The Best Place to Buy Rugs!
RugsHQ has the best selection and the best prices on the rugs you're looking for!
Great product and delivery services
I was impressed with the product and delivery guys are exceptional.
Easy to use, great prices
Only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because I haven't seen the actually product yet. They were one of 3 places that have the specific rug i was looking for, and they have it for just over 1/3 of the price that i found it elsewhere. They have great prices, easy to navigate and use website and payment system, AND they surprised me with a rug mat, which technically they paid a penny for me to take! I'm impressed so far. As long as the rug is of good quality, I'll use them again and highly recommend them to my friends.
Best prices
I just remodeled my kitchen and dining room and have been looking for an area rug. I finally found one I liked and checked numerous sites for the best price. RugsHQ by far had the best price. I also appreciated and followed their suggestion of ordering the smallest size available first to see if it matches my expectations.
So far so good...
This is the only company that had the rug I wanted in stock. As long as it ships, I'll be happy.
Great website!
I've had the experience of browsing through terribly set up websites. Not only did I find the product I was looking for quickly I was able to check out easily!
Just what i was looking for
I had purchased an area rug a few months back that I loved so much but could not find again locally. Only at RugsHQ did it appear and for the most reasonable price :) Throw in the free shipping and no tax and you cannot go wrong - Thanks RugsHQ! I'll be back....

best quality rug for awesome prices
I was so happy to find this site. I found the rug I thought would cost me hundreds for a unbeatable price. I definitely will be purchasing more since I like to change up my decor often.
Lots of choices, good prices!
I searched all over the internet and found this store to have a great selection at the lowest prices!
great deals
They have a great selection of rugs. I ordered one for my family room, 9x13 size. Nice bonus is shipping is included in price. Prices are very reasonable from my comparison shopping.
Saved me lots of money!
Went to a major furniture store and fell in love with this rug. But, after 20 minutes, they told me it was on back order. Few clicks in Google and I found this online store and the exact rug I wanted was $100 cheaper!
Rugs HQ is great!
It has been a pleasure working with this company! I was a little nervous ordering a rug online, without seeing it, especially color-wise--I had nothing to worry about! The color was exactly as I had hoped from the picture, and the ordering and shipping process was easy!
Best Price!
I searched for this rug on many websites, and this site had the best price by far.
