Big selection, low prices. Hopefully, once I receive the rug it will be just as pictured with no problems.

Great prices!
I love this rug and found this company to have a great price for it.
excellent customer service
Helpful staff. Wide selection of great priced rugs. Efficient website.
Prices can't be beat but service needs improvement
Their prices are fantastic, but it took them nearly two weeks to acknowledge our order and contact us about shipping (we ordered the white glove delivery). Otherwise, the process went smoothly. Would use again if I wasn't in a rush to receive my items.
