Thank you for your wonderful review of RugsHQ.com! The Surya Cosmopolitan COS-9209 rug is very beautiful and well made!
Best price and best selection
Shopped around for weeks for a 9' round rug. Was not an easy task. Found just what I was looking for on RugsHQ.com! Easy website to use.
Fast service!
I had a great first experience with RugsHQ, they had a rug in stock that I had been searching for everywhere at a lower cost than competitors! Thank you!
Great transaction
Ordering was easy, and prices were competitive. Looking forward to delivery.
Fast, convenient, and customer oriented.
This is a great product at a great price from a great site. I know this, because I've shopped this product throughout the South Bay Area. This is by far the best all-around site (RugsHQ.com) and store to shop for Surya rugs.
Love this store!
I found the rug I've been wanting in the best possible price ever!!! Thank you RugsHQ.com!
Awesome
Easy to use website, excellent discount offered and free shipping. .plus the rug looks wonderful!
Great price on the rug
I just purchased a rug for my bedroom. I searched many sites and RugsHQ had a great selection. Price was really good too and a coupon code found online helped lower it even more. I'd recommend this company.
Price vs design
Customer service is available through phone. The designs are unique and well priced compare to other manufacturers. Delivery of the material is on time and quick.
Great selection, Amazing price!
After spending many hours searching elsewhere online for the perfect hallway runner rug for our new home, I discovered rugshq and found exactly what we were looking for! And for a price significantly lower than other online retailers. I couldn't be happier!
Best deal around!!
I had been watching this funky Loloi Madeline MZ-02 rug on another site for $139.00! Due to my indecisiveness, the rug was gone from my cart when I finally went to purchase it. I was so upset with myself for waiting, but this turned out to be a fabulous thing! I came across RugsHQ & found the same rug for $112 & free shipping! I shared this deal on Facebook & received an additional $25 off! Awesome! Best deal ever! Thanks RugsHQ- you have won my future business!!
I found the best rugs and prices on RugsHQ.com..
I've been looking for a hallway runner forever! Finally, I found what I wanted at a great price & I got $25 off at checkout with free shipping! RugsHQ will be my "go to" place ..no need to go shop all over the web. Been there done that!
Best prices, free shipping, no sales tax and free pad!
Shopped many online sites before deciding on RUGSHQ. Overall, they offered the most bang for your buck. Will certainly put them at the top of my list for my future flooring needs.
Excellent customer service!
Had difficulty processing my order on line. Called customer service and spoke to Alex. He walked me through the steps and stayed on the phone until my order was completed and verified! Top notch service! Thank you!😊
Not even in stock
Was looking for a particular Surya rug, and thought I had found it. Said the rug was in stock. Ordered it, and the next day got an email saying it was discontinued by manufacturer. Why is it even on the website? So annoying. Hopefully my card will not be charged. Please take items off the website if you do not carry them. Can't really comment on anything else since they did not even carry my item.

Hello Jill. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not show stock information on our website, and actually do ask customers to verify availability if the order is urgent. Please understand, we are a dealer, and not a retail store. Our prices are the lowest permitted by the name brands we sell. Unfortunately, that is one of the reasons we must ship all our rugs directly from their warehouses. The rug that you purchased is sold elsewhere for about 22% more, and most of those stores do show stock. We are able to stock checks within 5 minute of receiving your order, and up to 12 hours, based on order volume. Customers are also able to call us during normal business hours to check for stock, and we can always give you an instant answer. We do NOT charge credit cards before verifying availability and shipping your order. What you may have noticed on your online credit card statement, was simply a pending order, that we eventually voided. Again, we are sorry that you found this frustrating.
delightful place to order from
Out of all the sites that I looked at for rugs, this site gave the most info and reviews for my rug. I couldn't find any other reviews and I don't buy online without reviews! Also, the price was the absolute lowest I could find PLUS free shipping and NO sales tax.
Beautiful rugs and great value
This rug is really beautiful and I love the choices and the feel.
