Well am still in the process ; but I paid 700$ for 1-2 expedited service to receive now from department of state an email update on my application that I applied for 2-3 weeks expedited service !!! Can someone explain this??? I already have booked flights Plus they don’t answer you on weekends … even chat is away …. I will lose my flight with zero feedback so far … I will keep posting and update you Still no assistance so far or feedback, and apparently they aren't involved in the shipping back... I am still waiting with alot of frustrations... - 14th of July update: I went and did my Passport by myself - i lost 700$ and didn't get any refund not even 50%>

I started process for my passport and the directions were very unclear on what to do next I had to go back through the system several times to figure out that I had to go to the FedEx location to get a passport photo that was $16, and did that July 22 still didn’t receive clear instructions contacted them the day after didn’t hear from them next day came around. They called me and had to expedite my service. It’s not actually 7 to 9 business days it’s 14 business days and. What I would like to happen is for them to update their services to the correct day amount for application over here and refund for the $180 fee upgrade to have the passport by the time I leave

Please don't use this service. They are not accurate on times, they are spotty with directions and when you call the customer service, people are snappy and unhelpful. When I mentioned it said 7-9 days he told me that he coudl help me "count" days. When we did that I said the 9 days would be Xm, he then said 3 more days for shipping or soemthing like that. I am looking into an attorney. They falsely advertise the service. I've never written a 1 star in my life...this would be a negative star if it was an option. The long-awaited trip to Costa Rica wont happen and thousands of dollars wasted.

Stay away!!!! Ordered the 3 week package and it will now be over 30 days to receive the passport. Customer service is horrible. They wouldnt put me in touch with a supervisor anytime i requested. Actually told me that supervisors dont take live calls. Claudette from customer service could care less. Do yourself a favor and stay away! I am going to be requesting a refund and will take legal action if need be.
