Beware, using this company may result in delays receiving your passport. They failed to use the correct photo which was enclosed. This resulted in a 3 to 4 week delay and likely having to reschedule my vacation. When you leave messages, they do not return your phone call. When I was able to get someone on the phone they essentially said it’s too bad, we can’t help you. Notably I would’ve received my passport quicker by not using this company! They repeatedly gave incorrect information and accept no accountability. Avoid it all costs!!!

Dealing with government documents is always a concern. govWorks takes all the concern out of the process. No need to leave your house, even for the photo. Scheduled delivery was 4 weeks but it was delivered in 10 days!! Complete with text updates. Thankyou govWorks!!!

I took the Emergency Service on May 15. And when i reached the Government Agency for verification of the documents and preparation of packet. The officer told that RUSHMYPASSPORT is a scam. I immediately got alerted and didn't wanted any delay or misplacing my important document. I cancelled my order and asked for refund. 06/01 I got a call from billing office that I cannot get refund. I spent 500+ dollars this is not a small amount.

Beware of this service! I used them in 2022 and they delivered exactly as promised. Customer service was prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable. Since then, something appears to have changed. It is now extremely difficult to reach an informed human being. Calls are routed through an automated phone tree to a virtual agent, and callback requests can take days or even more than a week. They were unable to assist with a child passport renewal in a timely manner, so I ultimately requested a refund. Obtaining that refund was a frustrating process in itself, requiring forms, multiple follow-up calls, and persistent effort on my part. Based on my recent experience, I would not use this service again!

their service is very misleading. The impression is that they are actually processing your passport renewal application. This is not the case...for approx. $66.67 they sent me a couple of documents that looked like applications which I completed and took to the passport office. They threw them in the waste basket and we started from scratch.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. This service is a scam. If I could give this less stars I would. They charge an absurd amount of money just for a fillable document application that needs to be updated anyways. Once you have filled out the fillable form you are not authorized a refund because that is the only thing this service provides which locks you into their shady service. After printing off the forms you still have to do everything including providing the extra money needed to obtain a passport on top of taking it to a postal service to mail it out which costs more money if you want it expedited. Scam service.

I worked with Jasmine and I think she did the best job ever. She communicated every step of the way. I discovered my son’s passport was about to expire last minute and was panicked we would be out thousands and a great trip. This service saved the day. I made a couple of mistakes like not sending the passport card, and Jasmine and her team went the extra mile to help solve issues making extra phone calls to the courier and me to work through things. I am really grateful and loved working with Jasmine. I will be toasting her and the staff in Italy!
