Think twice about signing up, poor customer service.
Think twice about signing up. I'm wanting to switch from a different provider, but I reached out with a simple question before doing so and after two weeks I have yet to get a response. I reached out a second time replying to an automated email asking if I had any questions and it's been a week with no response from that one. If this is an indication of their customer service then, I'll be choosing a different company.

Samcart seems to have a really great team and they are pretty dedicated to teaching about their software and the customer service is very responsive. It takes a few days but I've always had my problems resolved. I highly recommend samcart and although I am not using now because Im not doing online business, when I resume I will definitely be using samcart as it is easy to use and they back it up with support and teaching.

It took us a few emails going back and forth to figure out why my cart previews and custom domain were not working. With that being said Samantha was absolutely fabulous!!! Her completely supportive, radiantly positive attitude came through her text (via email) and I never felt like just another number or that we wouldn't get to a solution. So thankful for SamCart for setting this tone! All customer service should be this kind and thorough! – Happy customer switching from Shopify to SamCart! Also if it's helpful I switched because I didn't want to deal with all the 3rd party plug-in's I'd have to have just to have my cart work the way I wanted it to, I wanted things on my end to be SIMPLE. SamCart allows you to adjust things without having to add software to do it. And I found the navigation in SamCart to be less cumbersome.

Samcart - Alaina and their tech developer team specifically - went SO above and beyond to help me with my account and videos. I paused payment and came back to find they (rightfully) removed my content from their server. Upon returning they went out of their way to help me recover it. It was not within their database and was with an outside server and still chose to help me recover my video content. Very grateful and will refer them even more than I have in the past thanks to this experience.
