Complete scam
Complete scam! Should have known it when partnered with boohoo. Decided to try this for the first time - then ironically it was the first time my parcel has completely failed to deliver!! I used the Seel pay app and filled in my refund details. I then received an email saying it had failed - with white writing on a white background so you can't read the t and c's. I've since updated all information which again says it has failed with no reason why. So I've had to now send an email to start the process which has no read receipt, no indication of how long I'll be waiting. No refund. The live agents are all AI and lie and say they are real people. It's a scam to stop people getting their money back before they either reach a time limit of too many days, or they give up

One of the best experiences I’ve had with commerce related insurance companies. My package was missing and, although I was four days past the seven day reporting period, they still honored my policy. I usually ask my neighbors to look out for deliveries when I’m away but they were also out of town. I was ready to accept the loss but am delighted with the outcome of my customer service. The entire process, from first reporting to refund, was a matter of hours. One could hardly ask for more.
