Working with Rebeka Hovsepyan, Mariam Danielyan, and Miskath Ahmed has been one of the best experiences I've had. They are concerned that questions get answered and offer a helping hand whenever it is needed.
Not worth the time or the money. You will spend 2x or more time than they say to implement the program. we were at 2x the time with no end in sight. Our crews couldn't access things and we were no where near a go live date 9 weeks in. I would NEVER recommend this product.

Whenever we bring an issue to Imani its usually urgent (on our end) and she never ceases to amaze the levels and hoops she will jump through to get us turned the right direction. We consistently feel like we're spoiled and her only client which speaks volumes as I am sure her workload is large. She is the epitome of someone who gets things done. No stone left unturned.

The Service Titan program is great! They truly have thought of everything. If there are things your team needs, you can present that to their support team, and they will assist with whatever your needs are. They have many videos and other helps to guide you.

Overall ServiceTitan is great but there are a few features that should be changed. 1- found the app is laggy while trying to select photos before uploading. 2- I can’t call customers from the app and instead have to copy and paste the number into my phone 3- font size is way to small (even drop down menus are so small and it’s hard to read) 4- can’t customise your settings to how you like it like changing date format or font size for better viewing 5- I’m in Australia and we use the day/month/year format I believe we should be able to change features to suit Australians better Please read this a get some ideas service titan. Overall is a nice app
