They always get my parcels managed quickly to my courier as soon as I paid for shipping I wouldn't use anyone else its a great place to have my parcels shipped too because a lot of sellers won't ship to England,so I get them sent here,& then select my courier & tally-ho I get them sent over,brilliant!love these guys

Sometimes the site seems to have problems in functioning correctly or smoothly, and customer service isn't very easy to contact.
Anyway my order arrived fast and almost without problems.
Few suggestions: more pics of the package arrived at the mail address so a person can properly check if everything is ok. In a case I received only one pic.
Plus some service weren't handled properly, and they should be more careful with that.
