I reached out to find out what happened to my order and was told the company was waiting on stock. I was upset at the lack of communication. My order finally arrived on July 28. It would have been a much better experience if the company had communicated what was taking place.
Prompt delivery. My stylist recommended the K18 shampoo and conditioner for my gray hair. It did not disappoint. I wish there were coupons offered or free shipping as the products might be too expensive to continue to purchase. But all in all good purchase. Good company.

Great selection of products. This was my first time to use Skincare Essentials. The “welcome” code for 35% discount did not work and there were no restrictions stated. I contacted customer service and received a generic response and not specific to my question.
Ordered and item on sale during 4th of July and didn’t receive it until almost 4 weeks later. The site didn’t say it was on backorder when I placed the order. The item is great, just wish there was more transparency.
There was no communication about the product being out of stock until I contacted the company after several days of my purchase when it hadn’t shipped. Once it arrived, it was in good condition, but being out of the product for so long was not great on my skin.
I am only leaving a 4 star due to taking so long to get my order. I placed my order and everything said it was in stock. I waited for over 2 weeks and emailed company and they did apologize that my items were out of stock and would ship whenever they came in. I use the ZO Hydrating Creme because it is the only cream that doesn’t irritate my skin since I have Rosacea. The big plus is that I was able to use my HSA card which was so convenient instead of having to run to my near by plastic surgery place to pick it up. I think more websites should allow the HSA/FLEX cards to be used for medical reasons such as Rosacea/Eczema etc.
