Ordered product what was in stock ..never received and was never notified. Shipping co stated item was shipped and delivered as I paid for shipping guarantee. I cancelled the order after 10 days of waiting and did not credit me for the shipping .

This would normally be 5 stars, but my order was delayed because they were out of the product, which I wasn’t aware of, since I was able to purchase it with no problem. I waited about 10 days, then finally reached out to customer service. Customer service was great at responding, it just would’ve been nice to let me know in the first place at the product was going to be delayed. Thank you.
