Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Perfect carrier for people who do long drives like me for their pets. Bought refurbished and looks like new! Was super roomy for my 9lbs girl feel like it could easily carry a larger cat as well.

Awesome customer service from easy online ordering to great shipping updates to arrival of our Clickit Terrain. Used it with our Golden Retriever on a recent trip and it worked perfectly.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience about your entire journey from contact with our customer relations team, through ordering, shipping and then performance with your pup. We are so excited to hear that your experience was "awesome" and the product worked "perfectly." Your trust in Sleepypod for your pup means the world to us! Safe travels!
I bought the Clickit Terrain Plus in April 2024 and the rings on the back side have already both broken including the straps on the back. My dog doesn’t really pull much either so I’m not sure if it’s safe as it says it is.
Hi there - We're so sorry to hear about this. Please be assured that the D-rings on this product are meant for transitional walking and do not have any bearing on the safety performance of the product should your dog be using it as a pet safety restraint for car travels. To ensure your pup is equipped for safer travels in a car, we are happy to replace the item with the same or a different Clickit model, should you wish. Also, we'd like to ask that the product be returned to us for inspection to determine if there is an issue we should be aware of so a customer relations rep will contact you at the email associated with your order.
Wanted to share some positive feedback from my experience with one of the customer service agents from Sleepypod’s customer service. From the very first email, she was super helpful and attentive to my concerns. She took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, asking for additional photos and even conducting tests at the office to better understand the problem. She validated my concerns rather than dismissing them. When I asked about possible solutions, she went out of her way to help me out. She was proactive, responsive, and friendly throughout our entire conversation. She went out of her way to make sure I had all the information and assistance I needed, and I am so grateful for her exceptional service. She made what could have been a frustrating situation a pleasant and stress-free experience.
Thank you, Marissa, for taking the time to leave your 5-star review. We are delighted to hear your positive feedback about your positive, proactive experience with a Sleepypod customer service agent. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any additional concerns or questions.
Wow! We're so delighted to hear that your Sleepypod product and customer service experience met your expectations for excellence. Thanks so much for your trust in Sleepypod for your pet. It means the world to us!
I had given up on the harness until I saw the seatbelt clip. It is a game changer, wish it had been included with harness as it was barely functional without them but guess it was developed after I had bought mine. Glad they got one to me
Thank you for sharing your experience here. The Clickit car harnesses are now sold with a seatbelt S-clip, so there should have been one in the package with a Buckle Shield accessory. We'll ask someone in our customer experience department to contact you next week. Unfortunately, the team is working remotely due to the fires near our offices in California. We appreciate your patience.
Very high quality. I use this for my dog’s bed at home. Travels easy. You can’t put a price on safe travels for your baby.

Great product … great service! Friendly, caring and responsive. This company understands customer service!
Wonderful to hear this! Your feedback means a lot to us. We appreciate your taking the time to leave a review about the Sleepypod product and your experience.
The Sleepypod worked great for a recent trip. It was the perfect size for the allotted space under the seat in front, and it survived my cat's attempts to escape. Also, people couldn't tell I had a cat in the carrier unless I alerted them. The mesh was thick and dark. I like that the inside is soft, and it is helpful that there are buckles for the harness and the seatbelt in a car. I might try to use it as an open car seat in the future as well. It might be nice if there was an expandable top that could zip up for the plane - for taller cats that might want to stretch and stand up at the airport or in the car. I liked that it could unzip all the way for easy access when I need to remove my cat to go through security. I read a lot of positive reviews before buying, and I think the product fulfilled my needs and expectations! Thank you Sleepypod!
Thank you for sharing your experience with the Sleepypod carrier. More than that, we appreciate your trust in Sleepypod for your furry companion's safer travels.

Sleeppod has a very high quality product. Unfortunately the harness did not work for my cat. It is just a bit too complicated to get on and he is not patient enough. The customer service person was very responsive and I was able to return it with no problems.

Harness is easy to use and the perfect safety solution for driving with our 45 pound Old English Sheepdog puppy! She can sit or lie down and anppears to be very comfortable while being safely strapped in. Thanks for such a great product.
