It would be great that the importance of pre-empting customers to be ready with information required for the local authorities could be made upfront to limit the back and forth clarification. Great tinted glasses ! Everything was easy to use. Delivery timing was acceptable. Would love it more if they show actual pictures on how the tints are. My tint came too light.

Romar reached out to me after I provided my feedback on the Porche design glasses I ordered few months ago. Most of the online shop will not take customer feedback seriously but Smartbuyglasses is the exception. Romar also go all the way to compensate me with 10% discount refund and refund the import tax incurred when the courier delivered the item to me. I have experienced one of the best pre and after-sales services from SmartBuyGlasses. I bought a pair of glasses and the process was easy and well-informed on every step from purchase to delivery. I had to refund it but the after-sales service was approachable and gave clear instructions so it was easy to ship the product back to them.
