Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Responded fairly quickly to my email shortly after placing the order. The processing time was amazing. Thursday placed the order, Friday order completed and shipped out. Saturday received! Good quality and couldn't be happier. Would recommend
I ordered a face pillow for Fathers Day. It looks great. Good copy of the photo I sent to Snugzy. Good service and shipped quickly.
Super fast delivery, my gf loves it.
Loved the product, it was excellent, but delivery took longer than expected amd arrived to late, suggesting to not use evri? They are a waste of time 👍🏻 the only fault with snugzy is i wrote out a personal message as it was for gift idea for a close friend, that should of arrived with the product, but it wasnt there? Dont know what happened to it? Overall main product was great 😁
This is such a wonderful gift idea, it was so funny gifting one to my best friend. The teddy itself is such lovely quality and the photo remains in high quality too which I didn’t expect to be honest! So happy will definitely be ordering again
Good quality quick delivery person who received it as a gift was very happy
Quick delivery. Absolutely love it. Very snuggly.
Really simple to navigate, good quality and quick service
I was able to change the image - I sent a message about 2hrs after ordering and was able to send a different image to be used. It turned out so good!
Amazing customer service and great product. Snugzy are the besttt! Thank you so much :)
Print quality was really good. Bigger than I expected. Arrived in good time. Hopefully the friend I've bought it for likes it!
great service and great quality product, loved by recipient
Love it It’s the best gift ever so funny Very fast delivery
A good and worthwhile experience. Looking forward to getting the reaction of the recipient of the doll! Cheers
The site states that the pillow cases can be washed but there is no way to remove the inner pillow. The pillows are great and quality really impressive. The size was bigger than expected but thats not a complaint. Just dont expect to be able to wash like the FAQS state
Really good product which Im happy with but as soon as I’d ordered I had a question regarding my order. I emailed literally 5 minutes after payment but didn’t receive any reply. Having then read the reviews it appears this is a common theme. I had to wait until the order arrived to see if I’d ordered correctly. I would be hesitant to order again from the company for this reason as I believe strong customer service is front & centre of any business.
