I would have given a 5 as this is the 4th time I've ordered a snugzy but unfortunately the latest time the quality didn't seem as high as previous. The stuffing is much lighter and they now have a removal cover which works for washing but I previously just stuck the old style in the washing machine. But the person I bought it for liked it but just a noticeable quality change

Absolutely brilliant and quick. I ordered 3 for my children whose dog passed away and they love them. They love the feel of them, how big they are and the cuddly squish it is. Ordering was easy as 1 2 3. Delivery was brilliant.
Very disappointed after making multiple purchases over the years my last order quality was shocking. Customer service did absolutely nothing to help. Extremely disappointing and unfortunately won’t be ordering again.
The Snugzy ‘mini me’ was brilliant the photo we used was reproduced perfectly and the recipient absolutes loves it.
The delivered product did not look like the preview and my email to customer services was ignored.
Pillow was easy to create on the website including the photo upload. Was kept in touch throughout the delivery process and was able to track the parcel. Item was delivered promptly and in good condition. Would happily recommend.

I have to admit I thought this was a bit daft but eventually decided to one.. two actually, one of me and one of doglet. I gave them to my wife as a sort of stocking filler not knowing what the reaction would be... when she opened them with my daughter there as well at first it was What the ...?.. but then everyone just started laughing and saying OMG.. that's brilliant!.. still laughing and smiling two weeks later and me and doglet have claimed our cushions for ourselves!.. Wonderful!
