Never received notification 1st package Ordered again and didn’t receive the 2nd piss poor service honestly Emailed you a number of times no response, will be calling my bank and adding this as a fraudulent charge. Waiting for my stuff from you

Don’t buy from this company

Don’t buy from this company, I ordered one and it doesn’t even look like me, literally… they’ve got someone else’s face on it. I emailed asking what happened and they didn’t reply, so I asked for a refund and it’s been over a week now and still no reply. Stay away from this company.

I bought this as a gift

I bought this as a gift, I’m not sure if the picture was of poor standard, but slightly disappointed at the cutting around the edges. I’ve seen your product before and they were very good quality.

I paid extra for a gift box and didnt receive it.

I paid extra for the gift box and the gift box never arrived. Packaging was poor in my opinion. The item was placed in a parcel bag and not individually wrapped. I've emailed several times I've telephoned several times and not heard anything back. Very poor customer service.

Sent a couple of emails as had a query regarding the purchase I made. Images on the website differ from the actual item I received which for me is slightly deceiving. Had zero response from Snugzy, so not impressed from a customer service point of view.

Pet cushion

I ordered after my beautiful Frenchie passed away. It was delivered 2 days later on an express delivery. It’s so lovely, printed on both sides and really soft. Fab service and a great way to commemorate my fur baby!
