Tech support did not call or followup.

I need tech support, and set up a call at 9pm, not ideal but there were limited spots available. No one called and no one followed up. I still have not been able to download the software.

Windows 11 activation key was purchased…

Windows 11 activation key was purchased here after I was ripped off through Amazon when I purchased it there, the key didn't work. The key that I purchased through softwarekeep.com worked great.

He carefully and accurately explained over the phone what I needed to do on my computer so that the software could be installed. I'm not fast with computers and he was very patient with me.
