Upon signing up for the program I gave all of my information I was told by Representatives that everything was handled all drafts will be stopped meanwhile when I got paid all drafts continued which in turn made my account negative I was told to call the bank do a stop payment, but you need money to do a stop payment there's no money when your account is negative due to incompetent Representatives with this company when we discussed the problem the representative was upset because I canceled my program with them and sent a message threatening that the drafts will continue as well as legal why did he get mad because he ruined my account telling me everything was fine and set up to stop drafts meanwhile I paid all my other bills out and the drafts came through which made me $1,000 negative in my bank account that I've had for over 12 years thank you very much. I will find a another source that'll handle everything better.

Hello Sharon. The auto debits normally take 3-5 days for enrollment to stop drafting. This not a common thing that ever happens. We are looking into your account as we speak. We do apologize and will take any legal actions against your lenders for processing these payments prematurely as well. If you do rec any costs from the the bank we will cover those costs.
