Firstly I love this app (but disappointed as they removed the direct kindle unlimited availability - actually I shared this and you CAN hear your kindle now. Woohoo). The voices are great and I just love it. Recently I had to change my email login as my address changed. The lovely Charaka helped me. Was so helpful, speedy and followed up when I got cut off. Fixed in one go. So grateful. Thank you. ☺️

First, I used Speechify for a new YT project at the suggestion of another creator. It worked great, the project was completed, and I went on with other projects. I forgot all about the subscription then got billed again. I contacted support about the billing and requested a refund and cancellation. Rose contacted me right away and took care of the cancellation and issued an immediate refund. I wouldn’t hesitate to us Speechify for another project if it comes up and certainly appreciate their support. If Rose if indicative of the support team you are in good hands.

Everyone was very helpful especially Chis. However, the advertising is misleading. It shows that you take a photo of a boot and can listen to it. I am now told that I need to photograph every page of the book. This is nothing like the advertising, very disappointed
