Sugargoo application works perfectly, no flaws. But depend on wich item you want to buy, you going to have problems and get refunds, that makes the process slower and blurs away the plans you got for each item and need to search a new one. Again, it’s not sugargoo products or ads (third party sellers) but it would be greater if the app just didn’t let you buy the goods that can’t be shipped. Great application still, 100% recomend

I have used Sugargoo 2 times and my package came in 9 days. The processing time was fast and really good communication. I have a package on the way now and I am really excited. 10/10, I will 100% use it again. Only thing is the price of shipping (little bit pricey).

Got my package haul 12kgs into NZ within 9 days, bit pricey on the shipping but the goods were worth it, am currently going to do another shipping, was awesome cause can track with NZpost but always use EMS shipping line, safer and on cheaper site, updates an customer service is on point too

I am fine with the slow delivery, but my item is damaged upon arrival. I have file a complain with them but the response is very very slow. Also according to thier ads, they will take care or refund if any damage happens. But in my case, the 1st response from them is NEGLECTING ALL THE RESPONSIBILITY. Which is totally different from the ads as they promised.
