I’ve been using Sugargoo for over a year now, initially for personal use, but they’ve since become my go to agent for sourcing products. Recently, Candice took over as my account manager, and I couldn’t be happier with the support she provides. Initially, I was skeptical about this website due to a message I received after placing my order, suggesting potential customs risks and requiring confirmation. However, I must say that after confirming my purchase, the processing was immediate. They even sent me a photo of one of the items that had already arrived at their warehouse, which I highly appreciate.
So far, I am impressed with their speed and transparency, and I am giving them a full 5-star rating for their efforts up to this point. I will continue to monitor their service to see if the shipment itself is completed with the same level of efficiency.
I have only one small suggestion: Instead of stopping the purchase process, it would be better to provide a warning before or during the checkout process about potential customs risks. This way, customers like me, who are fine with covering customs fees, can avoid unnecessary delays.

Everything was handled amazingly well. After confirmation, the purchase was processed quickly, and when it arrived at the warehouse, it was shipped on the same day upon request. Even the shipping cost was reduced, and the difference was refunded to me. They provided special packaging for a small fee, which gave me peace of mind about the safety of my parts. Excellent service! I highly recommend them, at least as long as they maintain this high level of quality.

Sorry for this unhappy experience with us. Not sure if you know this, but we are an agent who can help you buy items from Chinese sellers. After receiving your orders, we will buy the items for you from the sellers you want, then you can ship multiple items in one package from us to save on the shipping cost.
From our experience, the chance of package with such items getting seized by customs is a little bit bigger. That is why we want to remind you of the risk.

Having so much restrictions has wasted my time and money. I paid for so many items and half of them had to be refunded by restrictions. Then the refunding fee ate so much of my money so that was money just wasted for no reason. The only reason I’m leaving a star is because the fast QC pictures and the User Interface. If I could give half a star I would. Here’s a solution, stop giving access to items that have been unable to restrict before so people’s time and money will not be wasted.

I’ve been using Sugargoo since 2021 and the service has always been incredible. Replies from members of staff are usually quick and helpful. Parcels can take some time to arrive but one also needs to remember that shipping routes/carriers are third parties which Sugargoo doesn’t have control over.

Also, at some point, they cancelled an item of mine saying that THE SELLER contacted them and told them that he'd sent the wrong item, and that the right item was out of stock. (The QC pictures were of what I ordered - That item had 43 more in stock with my options)
Afterwards, I personally texted the SELLER HIMSELF WHO TOLD ME he didn't say anything like that, and he has no idea about it, and that the agent probably made a mistake?
