I ordered my wig over a month ago and still haven't received it. I got a tracking number from them that doesn't exist. Either send me my product or refund me. I never experienced a company taking so long to get me my product.

Ella was amazing!!!! She was able to ensure that I receive a full refund for the wig that I purchased but needed to return because it wasn't like described. The initial person that handled the return accused me of tampering with the wig. The wig is described as a wear and go. I informed the initial person that I'm not a stylist and have no idea of how to style the wig. But Ella was assigned to the case and made this a smooth transition, her customer service was refreshing and Elka made certain I recieved my full refund.
