Perfect Wig, Amazing Service

I absolutely love this wig! Shipping was fast and smooth, and the customer service was outstanding. I emailed the company to ask about the delivery date, and Alfie got back to me in record time, which really put me at ease. When I received the unit—oh my goodness—it is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The quality exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again!

Easy exchange with Sunber

I had ordered a wig that the 13x4 was not going to work for me due to wearing glasses. I sent it back and USPS managed to mess up the delivery. But the customer service rep with Sunber was very nice and we got it straightened out. The exchange wig was sent out asap. Very nice and very helpful.

I had my wig installed last week and…

I had my wig installed last week and notice the lace part of the wig around the hair line was balding and shedding in clumps. The hair is pretty but the balding without me pulling in crazy. It would be nice if I could get a replacement wig . I’m a hairstylist myself and know how to take care of wigs. This is not the first wig that I purchased a wig none of my other wigs have ever done this before. I have warn the wigs at least a 3 weeks without it ever balding or hair coming out in clumps. All I use was water on the hair what that had to do with the hairline. sorry for that the hair we sent you is good quality, Through proper care and the use of correct products, the hair can be used for a long time and you need to take off the wig before going to sleep, otherwise it will damage the hair we applied that we can refund you $30 as compensation is it ok?

Don't buy

It is so unfair to spend your hard earn money on a product that is a scam. I bought 2 wigs, and the curly one is the worst quality I've ever seen by far. Impossible to detangle, and it loses hair just to look at it. I was not going to write any review but I just want to advice other people to stay away from this company. I use expensive products; in have videos and photos.

We would like to assure you that all our wigs are made from 100% real human hair and undergo strict quality control. However, curly-style wigs, in particular, require more delicate care and maintenance. Without proper deep conditioning and correct handling—such as removing the wig before sleeping—some tangling may occur over time. With normal and appropriate care, the hair should remain in good condition and typically last for at least one year. Regarding your order, we were unable to locate a record using your first name. However, we did find a recent order placed in June 2025 for one Jerry curly wig and one yaki straight wig. If this sounds like your purchase, please let us know.
