People also note that the products, including decorative fountains and small furniture pieces, are beautifully designed, well-made, and arrive promptly. However, some reviewers were not happy with occasional shipping delays and unexpected product defects upon opening the boxes. Consumers also mentioned experiencing frustrating issues with incorrect assembly parts, missing components inside packages, or non-replaceable lighting features that failed prematurely. A few people felt that the support provided in certain troubleshooting situations did not fully resolve their specific technical problems.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Great customer service. There was damage to two areas of the side table I ordered, and they sent replacement parts right away. The shipping was fast for both the initial and the replacement order. And the final table is very nice for veneer/assembly required type furniture.
the Avery bathroom pieces look lovely finished, but the major joining hardware is not stable. the direction for front side of side panels would have been nice, otherwise the direction were clear enough. many starter holes in back panel boards were sadly missed. piece “j” on small wall cabinet was a bugger to stabilize. the packaging was great, as well as the shipping. i am satisfied with my purchase.
