Hello, the glasses you ordered is made of TR90, the features are lightweight and flexible. The free shipping by post is probably delayed by the USPS delivered to your shipping address due to some events/accidents.

The frame was amazing but the site does not have the option to have non medicated flass like just for online computer reading...anti UV or anti glare. I received the frame and i have to go to optical shop to get it fixed. Other wise the quality is perfect and the frame is as i wanted
The product is in good order
The product is in good order. Somehow the address on the package was errased and only the last two digits of my phone were visible. The product was about to be sent back. Because of the delay I have made an enquiry with the post office and have managed to retreive the item just before this being sent back. Kind Regards Aris
Terrible Customer Service and Extra Charges
Do you want to buy a pair of glasses for the same price as your local store, and get it after 2-3 weeks after an administrative customs hassle with irresponsive customer service? Then choose Tenda Glasses! They promise free worldwide shipping without specifying additional charges and later write off any liability in the little customer service you might get. I would not recommend Tenda Glasses.

It's real free worldwide shipping. The import tax is ruled and charged by your local government. The order you paid is the product only, without charging any tax or shipping costs.
Not the expected Quality and Service
I thought that there have competitive prices and the assure me by chat delivery time is 7-10 days. First the glasses was not even shipped after 7 days. When they finaly arrived in Spain, i got serval requests from UPS for documentation i had to provide so the glasses could pass customs. Finaly i found out that the glasses was shipped as "comercial sampel" so it was treated as medical goods for comercial purpose. To impost such things you need a license in Spain. So it took about 8 days to assure the customs that the glasses are for private use. I had to fill out 2 forms and send 3 confirmation letters. Tenda did not help at all and told only this is unusual. On top of that i had to pay a fee of aprox 25 EUR for the Services of UPS what included a fee of 6 EUR from the customs for the extra processing. As this would not be enough finaly i got the glases i ordered progressive glasses, i have already two pairs and wanted a spare one. First i noticed that the lenses are not well fixed in the frame they look a few millimeters out on top. Then i tried the glases on and they are only useful for far vision, the intermeditate range does not work at all. For the near vison the part of the glasses what is corrected is so small tha i can not even see a full A4 page sharp. So the glasses are total useless. I have put in a reclamation, where they told me they have nothing to do with the customs problem and the small vision is normal. they asked me to send a picture what shows the lenses looking out of the frame. So far no response after two days. It was defently the first and last order, if they are not fixing this problem

I thought I was getting a good deal
I thought I was getting a good deal, nice pair of frames for £100 untill I got a letter from FedEx asking for an extra £30 for fees and VAT, there was no mention of this on their website. So what seemed like a bargain turned out to be the same price as on the high street.

As for 1.67 index free form progressive, our price is very competitive in the market. Also the import tax is generally charged by local government via commercial express, it is not paid to us. Hope you could understand.
Purchased - but nothing received
While making a purchase, Tenda were quick to reply to queries on FB messenger. Having made the purchase and paid for premium shipping, Im yet to receive the item or responses to any question to follow up. Hope they respond here and update. Else, stay clear and I hope my learnings dissuade you from the same experience. Beware.

Waste of money
I received the prescription glasses but i coudn't see correctly with it my old glasses the same prescription and no problem, they stop replying to me to return the glasses and fix the issue. buy from trusted online company and don't waste you money
