I purchased the prescription varifocal glasses for driving. The glasses did not let me view ahead, at a close distance, and side to side without viewing the subject through the center line of the classes and having to move my head in the direction of the subject. When I contacted Tenda Glasses they told me to get used to them, and if I want a refund it was only possible for the frames. They didn't even give me a return address. For me, it was a bad experience to deal with Tenda glasses

It's fairly common that it may take a few days to adjust after switching to a new glasses. Actually, this is not a final solution, you could still contact us for further questions if it's not suitable.
Worst glasses and customer service ever. When you wish to involve customer service there's normally a problem with the product. I was advised that they would only refund the frames which isn't the problem. The reading area of the lens is so small I have to continuously move my head, up and down, left to right, when reading the computer screen. The advice from customer support was to 'just get used to them.' I suggest prospective customers look elsewhere for their varifocals glasses. The glasses were purchased for driving, but that is not possible.
Hi, I am so happy with the web page,I find it very ease to complete the order, after that in a few days they deliver it. I order a pair of bifocal goggles and they are perfect for my job. I also order a progressives glasses and quality and comfort is grate, only one important thing and is that the bottom part for reading is a little to small against the bottom so I have to move my head to read.
Frames are very nice. Arrived secure in a nice package. However, the lens should be a little stronger. Was told my eyes will adjust to the lens, but has not yet. Anyway, no complaints here.
I don’t know how this company gets so many 5 star reviews , I ordered from them , Items were never delivered , Customer service were absolutely awful , unhelpful and just kept repeating “ the courier says they were delivered “ I’ve given them copious amounts of information, offered to provide a sample of my signature , even offered my ID number to compare to courier info and they will not provide me with refund or even a replacement , It took me nearly 2 weeks to get them to even take the issue up with the courier , This is the worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with , I’d say avoid this company at all costs

Hello, we could guarantee that ALL reviews are real. Also thanks for your second purchase. Our support team was not just saying "delivered", but also sent you a formal document "Proof of Delivery" issued by your local courier. Due to the "Delivered" status, we are not accepted to open the case for querying the shipment status. So did you communicate with your local courier, or issue a complaint to them on this case? How did they respond? If your local courier could confirm that the parcel is lost, we will make resend or refund as you request.
I ordered two pairs of glasses. One of them is defective, the bifocals are not correct. The other pair is perfect. When I notified customer service that the one pair did not work for me, they argued with me. Even though their website says you can return the glasses for any reason. I have received 2 emails just giving me push back on returning them but not stating the return, refund policy or giving me an address to return them. Responces to emails take at least 2 days. Extremely poor customer service.

We asked you to provide the photo of the prescription paper to compare the values. 2 pairs of the lenses were customized in the machine in the same batch, so we tried to figure out what the problem is. If it's made incorrectly, we'd like to make refund or resend as you request. Due to time differences, the messages will be replied within 24 hours.
Once again, you get what you pay for. Glasses were cheaper so I decided to give it a try but the quality of frames and too narrow vision field of glasses makes them uncomfortable. I would not buy from this online store again.

If you could provide a real value of the segement height, the progressive lenses could be customized specifically, and the vision field will be improved much better. I have purchased from Tenda so I expected same great service. The frame I chose, even though was classed as medium, is very large. It looks odd on my face. Contacted Tenda, all they can do is go 50% next pair. Not great, as they usually have a good discount anyway. I ordered another pair, and they took forever. First pair came in 10 days. Next ones 6 weeks. Made me skeptical of their service.

It's fairly common that sending to South Africa by post takes long time to delivery. Actually, we've replied your email that one order is arrived at your local post office, and you could go to pick it up; Another parcel is still in the route, we are checking with courier on the latest status, and will make refund if it's confirmed as not delivered.
I ordered the Fashion Sunglasses VPM002S-Black (sunglasses with prescription lens). They look very good, they seem durable, but the optics are very bad! If you look at a fixed point, it's all good, but if you move your eyes to a different angle, the optics change and the eyes need to re-adjust - the lens does not have the same optics on the entire lens area. This is very dangerous for driving (the main reason I bought them), because if you look straight ahead there's one lens optic, when you look in the mirror a different one... I even have headaches when I wear them a lot due to bad optics. I did not have problems with other Tenda glasses before.

Temple a tad long causing glasses to slide down the nose.
As per the common practice I tried to warm up the tip by rubbing then bend it a bit to shorten the overall temple length. Oops- it just snapped! A first for me in 30 years of glasses, raising issues of quality.
Initially, communication with Tenda Glasses wasn’t smooth, but that was ironed out.
They offered to send replacement parts, and indeed I received extra tips, as promised – but not identical to the original. OK, though. So I exchanged both tips, and was surprised how easily they came on. And can slip off.
I dare not bend the bare wire, as I need to, so the glasses keep sliding and I often need to push them up.
We’ll see how they hold up:
- Easily scratched or good coating?
- Nose tip holding? I generally prefer screw over pressure; hope I’ll be proven wrong.
- Temple and bridge holding to lenses? Again, I trust screws, but hope to be proven wrong.
Overall - will I buy again from Tenda? I think so, provided that I find what I need in the rather limited selection (compared to Zenni).
Pros:
- Prices are really good.
- Lenses as prescribed (by feeling, not by examination by professional).
- The glasses that I bought are nice looking.
Cons:
- Initial communication wasn’t smooth.
- No clip-ons offering. (I’m using one from my previous Zenni’s glasses)
