Bought 3 pairs of prescription glasses, 2 of them sunglasses, everything ok with way I see thru them and the armour seems ok, however did not pay attention to the Ultra Violet category and when I ask them they said "NON" I should bought with polarized lens they said, which is not mandatory for the UV protection. What is the propouse of sunglasses without UV protection after all? I throw them in trash. Tenda Glasses also did not approved my review on the website, very convenien. Never ever will buy again from them.

Thanks for your review. The non-polarized lenses with tinted colors were made exactly the same as you ordered. Also, there is an option for polarized lenses, however, you did not choose it.
The good: Inexpensive, thoughtfuly designed site, good workmanship, quality service. The bad: delivery a little slower than promised, frame quality could be better.
I ordered my glasses from Tenda. They arrived quickly as stated. However I was surprised to see the glasses were really quite big on my face. The method they have for viewing the glasses isn't very accurate on my opinion. If I had known the accurate size I would not have gotten this frame.
I never got the glasses. I am still waiting. Please help!

Received the wrong prescription, so the glasses are useless to me. I paid for express shipping 7-10 days and received them 28 days or 20 business days to be exact which is more than twice the amount I paid for. Worst service I received in any online purchase I ever made in my life. According to Julia, the only one who seem to work there, everything is perfect and I need to eat it with a shovel...

Hello, the glasses were ordered for reading only according to the order information. You have measured the prescription values of the lenses from your local optometrist and provided us with the image, it shows that they were correct. If it's not clear, please confirm with your optometrist and you may need a new eye test.
The processing time and the delivery time are separate. It generally takes around 2-7 days to make the glasses based on the prescription, and then the parcel was handed over to the express you paid for.
The company is a disappointment. I ordered a pair of 9 degree myopia and astigmatism glasses and they made me lab magnifiers. They justified that the 9 points had to be written with the sign - that is, I assumed that the number 9 has a positive sign+ which is not mathematically true. After the mistake, which they attributed to me, they offered me a discount coupon, which I never received by mail. Also, in order to refund, they demanded the return of the product, but the cost of the shipment from Greece to China, as well as the customs taxes, since I am a private person and not a merchant, reached 200 euros, i.e. 3 times more than the cost of the glasses.

Wrong price presented on the bill.
Had to pay extra expences almost more than the package value.
Also, paid extra for faster shipment, still waited 30 days.

The reading part of the Bi-focal glasses I purchased is out of focus when reading the instrument panel in the car. I need to move within 30cm to get a clear focus, which is not conducive to safe driving practices. The long-distance part is perfect, better than the varifocal glasses I purchased from Tenda Glasses recently. Overall, the two sets of glasses, being from the same prescription, I consider inconsistent with accuracy. I can not trust purchasing from Tenda Glasses for the third time in the near future.
The delivery took a bit too long. The quality of the glasses is good. I chose a varifocal lens and while the top half provides excellent vision, I am not happy with the bottom part and can't read well. Unfortunately the lens needs to be changed.
The glasses arrived quickly and the prescription seams OK and fits.
The glasses finishing is feeling a bit like they were in a hurry to make them and no one did control on the glass. the glasses feels a bit unstable and the small rope that connect the lenses can and should be tighter, It feels as if the lenses might fall.; the glasses came slightly bent and I needed to play with it until I fixed it.
Overall I am satisfied but I believe that they could make the rope tighter and make sure that they are delivered straight and not bent
