So far, the experience has been great. The credit councilor, Blake that worked with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was patient and walked me through every step of the account setup process. I plan on submitting another revue in 6 to 8 months. So far, the experience is 10/10

The customer service rep Dylan, was very helpful and pleasant and also knowledgeable. I had a great experiance . He took out time to explain to me about my credit report and walked me through the process of what I needed to do.

The customer service rep was extremely nice, helpful and informative. I was really stressed out about my credit score not improving at all. After reviewing my credit report, he reassured me that I would see improvements in atleast 90 days. That was very comforting to me because I have been working so hard to improve my credit score.
