the checkout process is a pain in the @$$. Cannot check out and simply pay by credit card, must sign up for Google pay or Visa pay. The convoluted process for the checkout requires going through the steps at least twice. Took 15 minutes to weave through the process.

Love the product
Love the product! I have problems with a tendon on the bottom of my foot and if I am on my feet for any length of time these are the only insoles I can wear without being in major pain at the end of the day.

Great service!
I needed a replacement for a New Balance insole that I have used for years and rely on to keep my feet in good shape (I golf four times a week - walking and carrying my bag.) New Balance had quit making them. The customer service rep at The Insole Store got right back to me and recommended a replacement which has already shipped (free shipping!). Great service!

I purchased 3/4 inserts to help with the pain I have along my arch back to the heel. Not sure what has brought this on but the inserts helped and I was able to use them in my summery-ish Mary Jane shoes. I bought Spenco's because I have a pair of slippers made by them that actually are orthopedic.
