Purchased the Theradome Evo months…
Purchased the Theradome Evo months back. At first ( I would wear it in the morning while I prepared my coffee), I would wear it as per the instructions, but later I started using it daily, because people would come up to me and tell me “ You look different.. what’s going on? This motivated me to use it daily. Would probably see better results after a month. Would highly recommend.
Great Product!!
I have been using the Theradome Pro for over a year with positive results. Hair is thicker and bald spot is gone. I have not been taking supplements or using special shampoo, just the dome. Super happy with my results.
I bought the "hair helmet" as I call…
I bought the "hair helmet" as I call it, a number of years ago. I have Hashimoto's thyroid disease and seasonal hair shedding. I also have an unhealthy scalp needing to change shampoos frequently. The first benefit I noticed after using the helmet was a healthy scalp, no more flaking or itching. Secondly the actual hairs seemed stronger and thicker. And thirdly the hair loss diminished. The Theradome only works if you use it consistently! (Duh!) My life became hectic in the past 3 years and I stopped taking care of myself as a priority and sadly my hair shows it. I will be starting up my treatments again this week! I want my nice hair back again. Give it a few months and you Will notice a difference.
Easier to use
Easier to use, and better results than other helmet brand I’ve tried. Happily using for 3+years. This helps me keep the hair I have. People don’t think I have thinning hair anymore. Worth the investment! Plus you get to look like tron.
Significant Results Within 3-6 Months
I was experiencing hair shedding after a recent surgery, so my dermatologist recommended this brand as a treatment option. I've been using the pro-version at least twice a week for 6 months, and have seen incredible results! Very happy with my purchase and have since purchased additional helmets to give as gifts to family members. It's definitely an investment, but it truly works and I highly recommend.
Worst Customer Service Ever
Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever had from a company. I purchased one of their products in February, 2026. In the weeks after, I reached out to them five times, three times by email and twice by phone. It's now five months later and I still haven't received a response. I can't speak to the quality of their product as I was so frustrated with their customer service that I moved onto something else. But judging by the complete non-existence of their customer service, it is clear they do not stand by their product.

I have been using Theradome PRO for 5 months 3 times a week. By treatment 60(4 months) I had noticeably more hair. Ofcourse It is still short and I am anticipating how it will look when the new growth is the length of my chin length hair. I had one minor battery issue but the Customer service was very responsive and solved the problem over the phone.

I have been using the my Theradome for several years now. I’m not sure if my hair has re-grown at all but I do feel like it hasn’t gotten any worse. I especially want to give a thank you to Adele at customer service. She spent a lot of time with me on the phone because after 540 some treatments, my helmet stopped charging and so I couldn’t do a treatment. She was very patient with me, went through the process of checking if the battery needed to be reset or if I might need a new battery which neither turned out to be the case, but the problem was the plug.When I switched to a different plug and did a few things that she instructed me to do my Theradome worked perfectly. She was absolutely wonderful, calling me back hours later to check on it and even the next day, I can’t praise her highly enough for her great customer service.
To buy or not to buy...I bought and am so delighted with the results
I was truly skeptical about any product that claims to regrow hair, however, I am so glad I purchased my Theradome! My hair not only feels thicker, but it feels so healthy! My hairdresser noticed right away so then I knew it wasn't just me trying to think positively about my hair growth. And, I love not having to wear a hat every time I leave the house!
Results in 4 months
I noticed my hair thinning the past few years. I have had friends try different Shampoos, Lotions, supplements and none felt they were very effective. My spouses doctor recomended Theradome and I decided to try it. My goal was to slow hair loss and if I had hair regrowth that was a bonus. After 4 months of 2x's/week use, my barber noticed hair growth. The last 2 months he confirmed more growth. Ease of use is a plus.

We ordered the Theradome Pro eight months ago. We were impressed with the quality & liked that the helmet used Laser lights instead of LED. I have definitely noticed less hair loss since I started using the helmet. I also notice that my hairline is filling in at my forehead & I’m growing baby hairs!

After a few months of use, it was apparent that I had a lot less hair falling out (fewer strands in the drain after washing or on the floors after brushing). New hair has grown in, and my hair is fuller and healthier. The hands-free design makes the EVO very easy to use. I don't use any supplements for hair because I am allergic to ingredients in them, so my hair growth experience and review is based solely on the EVO device.
It’s working for me
I was skeptical but also desperate. I’m decades past menopause, and the women in my family have all had thinning hair. But still. I tried the highly advertised supplements for 6 months, but no change. Then I tried the female minoxidil treatment, but it burned my scalp. Theradome is pricey, but after 5 months I actually noticed new little hairs sticking up from my part. I continue to see slow improvement at 8 months. I would definitely recommend this product.

There staff is amazing and the product is PRICELESS! I have been using only twice a week for 4 months. My hair stylist is speechless to say the least. Hair growing wonderfully. I started wearing the helmet in 2022…
I started wearing the helmet in 2022 after my hair was thinning after having COVID. I wore it daily every morning while drinking my coffee. It took many many months after my hair started growing back to see results. After a year or so, i would wear the helmet every other day for maintenance. As of 2026 I am thrilled with the results. It still is a part of my morning routine. My hair has new growth and is super healthy. My hair has grown longer than it has ever been in my life. I love this helmet as I've only had to replace the battery once. I believe it has over 1500 treatments thus far. Because of my positive experience 3 family members/friends have bought this helmet. I would highly recommend this Theradome Helmet to anyone!
TheraDome LH40 Defective Port
I bought the TheraDome LH40 in mid-November, and received it a few weeks later in early December. After less than 5 months, the charging port that I put my charging cable into fell out of the helmet and was somehow lost (it’s smaller than the end of a toothpick ). I took pictures of the helmet with a vacant hole where the charging port was located and informed the company that it was a defective port, asking them to either replace it or repair it since it was still less than a year old and under warranty. They refused to do that unless I purchased an additional warranty, which I was reluctant to do because they didn’t even honor the first warranty was supposedly still in place. It was only after I contacted my charge card to report this matter that they sent me an email letting me know that they were reconsidering their answer to me and would replace my LH 40 with another one if I would mail the defective one back to them which I did. That was last week, and I followed all of their directions for returning the defective helmet, and notified them of the tracking number. I am waiting for them to provide me with their course of action at the moment. They should have received everything by now, and I will update this review as I find out more about whether or not they intend to honor their warranty, and send me a working replacement. UPDATE: i’m happy to report that Theradome did send a new replacement LH 40 helmet and that it seems to be working well after about two weeks of using it. Although I had to mail back the defective one at my own cost, at least they honored the warranty and did provide me with a new one that can be charged..
