Ordering was easy. I was happy with the size of the plant (magnolia tree) and the plant delivered in a timely manner. However, I signed up for shipping notifications so I could make the recipient (it was a gift) aware it was coming and to keep an eye out for it. It delivered without any shipping update; fortunately the recipient was home and could tend to the tree. Also, I called customer service to get some help and clarification about the condition of the tree (many of the leaves were brown and falling off). I was told to take a picture and submit a claim; which I did. It is now almost a week later and have heard nothing back from customer service. Very disappointed in the level of communication.
We received the tree on time. However the leaves are wilted and the ends are brown and cracking. We're hoping this is just due to shipping. We successfully planted the tree using the prescribed directions and are hopeful it grows.

Decent pricing, quick and safe delivery. Gold Cone Juniper (rather hard to find) looks fabulous and larger than expected. Bloomerang Purple Lilac bush is a bit chewed up and I hope it bounces back. Since there is only a 30-Day guarantee, I dropped a couple stars. It will take longer than that to recover. I wish I could submit a picture.

I have purchased plants before and it went well . The second time 2 of 6 didn’t survive and we did what was required during planting ect . We are in Arizona zone 10 so we are limited . All of the plants had a 1 year warranty. I did as they said and submitted a ticket a got a credit for only 1 plant . Kallie argued that the other plant wasn’t what i said so I sent over my invoice . She told me experts agreed with her . The plant looked like the others sent . So whatever . Now she isn’t responding. I told her then you sent the wrong plant which I don’t agree . Bottom line you see the knuckles of a business when there is a problem and how it is handled. Before this they seemed ok . Now because of this I wouldn’t order again with them if the make it so difficult to get a credit . Secondly she went on about how busy they are which as a customer isn’t my problem!

I purchased three trees (I bought the 1 year warranty) I was a couple days (5) late on my warranty but it was obvious the trees were dying. Their expert said the trees were fine just give them some nutrients she recommended what brands. I followed her instructions they died anyways. It was a delay tactic. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BUY LOCAL. THEY DO NOT HONOR THE TREES AT ALL. MY fault I was not more persistent when they showed up distressed. I trusted they would act in good faith.

The Tree Center charged me for a 5-gallon tree but sent me a 1-gallon twig. I could have saved a lot of money if I had ordered a 1-gallon in the first place. This place is a total ripoff and when I did call about another issue prior to delivery, all I received on the phone was snark. I would not recommend this business. Terrible quality and customer service for folks who don’t live in the area. Go to your local nursery. They can get you whatever you want.
For some unknown reason, the tree was delayed at least two to three days. However, it was carefully packaged. A limb was broken and some of the new leaves are dying, but it is in the ground planted with TLC so hopefully it will thrive.

The trees arrived right on time and I couldn't be happier! They were in great shape from the trip and are holding up very well. Very satisfied.
I have two emails from them indicating I attempted to contact them for support on two orders that were a problem. I have never heard back and it's been several weeks. I'd skip the Tree Center and go to your local places because the quality of items I received are so terrible that I've wasted my money. I did hear back and even thought the products are lifeless and tiny-a complete rip-off they will not refund the money.
