I had difficulty with lost ordered goods, which was no fault of the supplier, rather the courier who managed to lose my order. The 2 Customer service personnel Keih and Amelia managed to investigate on my behalf, but were unable to secure my lost goods. Instead the Company agreed to reimburse my payment, which has ben returned without any delay. Excellent!
